Be the go-to in the team for all things Data (SQL, Azure, DataFactory etc)
Contribute to digital transformation projects, focusing on product & platform integration.
Optimise system performance and automate business processes
Maintain databases, integrations, and ensure data security best practices
Document processes and implement service improvements across applications.Essential Skills & Experience:
4+ years in Service Desk roles, ideally with 2+ years in 2nd/3rd Line Application Support.
Application Development and SaaS configuration.
PowerShell, SQL, and data integrations.
Microsoft Azure + DevOps, Azure Logic App or similar
CyberSec fundamentals
ServiceNowKey Details:
£50,000 - 60,000/year
Hybrid Working - 1 day p/w on-site
