The Quantity Surveyor position is for an established Birmingham based consultancy practice who work on projects in all sectors of the built environment.

The role is for a Quantity Surveyor carrying out the following responsibilities:

* Valuations

* Cost reports

* Final accounts

* Client management

* Instructions

* Variations

* Contract administration

Requirements for Quantity Surveyor the role are:

* Minimum of 3 years experience.

* Experience in all sectors of the built environemnt.

* Autonomously running projects.

* Consultancy experience.
