Aspire People is seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants to join a specialist through school in Shrewsbury, where you will support students with a variety of learning difficulties, including moderate, severe, complex, and profound learning difficulties, as well as autism, complex medical conditions, and physical and mobility difficulties.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and inclusive environment for students. You will work closely with teachers and support staff to implement tailored learning strategies and ensure that each child receives the support they need to thrive.
