About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Languages Teacher to join our dedicated team at a vibrant secondary school in Southampton. This is a full-time position teaching Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) at Key Stages 3 and 4, with the possibility of Key Stage 5 for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and inspiring MFL lessons (specialisms in French, Spanish, or German preferred).
Foster a love for languages and cultural awareness in students.
Plan, assess, and track progress to support student success.
Create an inclusive, dynamic classroom environment where all students can thrive.
Contribute to the school's extracurricular and cultural activities.

What We're Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in a relevant subject.
Specialism in one or more modern foreign languages.
A passion for teaching and inspiring young learners.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the well-being of students.
