Do you have mechanical or electrical maintenance engineering experience within manufacturing/factory environment?

We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to assist a busy maintenance department by undertaking scheduled and breakdown maintenance of all plant equipment.

You’re an experienced Maintenance Engineer and have a mechanical or electrical background under your belt and looking to join a truly entrepreneurial business, driven by a family and senior team who are passionate about getting things right, engaging with staff and growing their market share.

Typical duties include:

* Respond to breakdowns and diagnose faults

* Assist in carrying out repairs and servicing equipment

* Liaise with Maintenance Manager and Supervisor on progressing work

* Ensure first-class working standards are maintained

* Organise workshop areas to ensure cleanliness and that workspace is adequately utilised

What you’ll need:

* General factory maintenance experience

* Ability to work under pressure

* Excellent problem-solving skills

* Strong communication skills

In exchange, you can expect a salary up to £44,000 inclusive of shift allowance. There is also significant overtime available should you wish.
