Elevation Recruitment Group HR are excited to be searching for a commercially focused Human Resources Business Partner for an established Professional Services company based in Sheffield.

Key responsibilities of the Human Resources Business Partner include:

Providing extensive Human Resources support covering all aspects, such as providing advice and guidance on best practice, company policies, terms and conditions of employment and legislation
Leading a range of organisational development projects
Working closely with the Site Senior Leadership Team to embed the culture and values that are key to the business
Supporting employee engagement to ensure the best performance in a motivating environment

What we are looking for:

CIPD qualified or equivalent
Proven track record in HR ideally from a professional services environment
Experience of successfully managing HR teams
Experience of implementing change- practical, technical and strategic
Ability to influence and understand SLT objectives
