Reperio Human Capital, a recruitment agency headquartered in Belfast, is currently seeking an Office Executive to join the team.
We are looking for someone who is ambitious and hardworking. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and finance team, alongside the wider business.
Responsibilities:
Assisting with facilities management
Implementing and maintaining office administrative systems
Ensuring the smooth running of the office and communal areas
Answering phones & dealing with adhoc customer/client queries in a professional manner
Record keeping, and ensuring all relevant paperwork is gathered and filed correctly in compliance with company policies
Assist within any adhoc administrative duties in our international offices
Assist the team in the setup of IT systems when onboarding new employees
Provide backup support to the Finance team when requiredThis list is not exhaustive. You may be required to undertake other duties as reasonably required for the effective operation of the finance and wider operations department.
Essential Criteria:
Minimum of 1 years' experience within an office administration role (or similar)
Ability to prioritise workload, multi-task and problem solve in an efficient manner
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills
Meticulous attention to detail and a focus on accuracy is essential
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft tools (Word/Excel)
Excellent organisation skills
Salary & Benefits:
Salary of £24,000 (which may be increased, depending on level of experience)
