Interim Engineering Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Interim Project Manager to oversee end-to-end project implementation in a food manufacturing environment. This hands-on role will require managing all aspects of a project from inception through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the full project from end to end and the installation of a new spiral line valued at £3M and cooking line

* Provide leadership and oversight to a team of 6 project engineers, with a graduate shadowing the team.

* Ensure successful delivery of projects within designated timelines and budgets.

* Collaborate closely with engineering teams, leveraging a solid engineering background to solve problems and facilitate project success.

Qualifications and Skills:

* Proven experience in food manufacturing and related project management.

* Strong engineering background with a focus on manufacturing processes.

* Ability to effectively manage and mentor project engineering teams.

Duration:
Initial contract of 6-9 months, with the possibility of extension.

Compensation:
Competitive day rate
