Job Title: Hospital Driver
Location: Birmingham, Local NHS Trust
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with occasional evening shifts)
Salary: £11.44 per hour
 
We are seeking reliable and dedicated Hospital Drivers to join our team at a local NHS Trust in Birmingham. This role is essential to the smooth running of the hospital, ensuring that vital medical supplies, equipment, and patients are transported safely and efficiently.
 
Key Responsibilities:

Safely transport medical equipment, supplies, and occasionally patients between hospital departments and other medical facilities.
Ensure vehicles are maintained in good working order and report any issues promptly.
Follow health and safety protocols, including infection control measures.
Assist with loading and unloading as needed.
Provide excellent customer service when interacting with patients and staff. 
Key Requirements:

Valid UK driving licence with a clean record.
Previous experience as a driver, preferably in a healthcare or public sector setting.
Good understanding of road safety and vehicle maintenance.
Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
Flexibility to cover occasional evening shifts as required.
