Mechanical Project Engineer

Responsibilities
As a Mechanical Project Engineer, you will:
* Work on all mechanical aspects of projects, including design, specification, and delivery.
* Collaborate with engineers and site staff to maintain efficiency and project profitability.
* Prepare and manage specifications, schedules, and documentation for projects.
* Conduct site surveys, troubleshoot live projects, and ensure smooth project delivery.
* Manage project budgets, timelines, and compliance with health and safety standards.
About You
To excel in this role, you should have:
* A Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* At least 3 years of mechanical design and project experience, ideally in the UK water sector.
* Strong CAD skills and practical experience in mechanical systems.
* Excellent project management, communication, and organisational abilities.
* Knowledge of CDM regulations and health and safety practices.
* A positive attitude, flexibility, and team-working skills.
* A driving licence and CSCS card (preferable).
