Job Description:
* Answer incoming customer calls and emails with professionalism.
* Complete general administration tasks.
* Reply to emails.
* Welcome and greet customers.
* Troubleshoot issues and resolve complaints effectively.
* Maintain records of customer interactions and manage the CRM database.
