Recruiting on behalf of our client, who are looking for a Domicilary Care Branch Manager.
The ideal candidate would be a person who can give a strong leadership to current branch staff, being supportive manager ensuring and fostering a supportive enviroment.
You will be:
* Someone who can set clear boundaries
* Someone who can oversea the day to day running of the office.
* Be completely up to date with CQC regulations and requirements.
* Be able to build and maintain relationships with internal staff, clients, and outside agencies.
* Be able to implement Change, complete regular auditing, internally and externally.
* Be prepared to take part in community activities, locally to the office.
* Identify and mitgiatge risks.
* Be supportive and encourage professional development of staff members through training opportunties, certifications, and career advancement pathways.
* Be responsibile for ensuring Budgets are met and exceeded, incliding revenue projections, expense management, resource allocation and to ensure financial sustainability and profitability.
You MUST have
* Previous management experience within a domicialry care setting.
* Have excellent business acument with a strong desire to develop and grow the service.
* Good leadership skills with with the ability to communicate effectively.
* Full driving license is required.
You will be part of a large orgainisation ensuring you will have lots of ongoing support and development oppotunities.
You will be required to have an Enhanced Adult and Child DBS completed, the company will pay for this.
