Location: Mainstream Primary School, Watford WD19
Salary: Main or Upper Pay Scale + SEN Point
Start Date: April 2025 (Easter half term)
Contract: Full-time, Temp to Permanent

Role: Teacher of the SRP for Children with Communication and Interaction Difficulties

· As the teacher of our Specialist Resource Provision (SRP), you will work with children who have communication and interaction needs, delivering tailored, high-quality teaching in a supportive and nurturing environment.

· You’ll work closely with a team of professionals, including teaching assistants and speech therapists, to deliver individualized lessons that cater to each child’s unique learning needs.

· A qualified teacher (QTS) with experience working with children with SEN.

· Passion for making a positive impact on students with diverse needs.

· Creative, adaptable, and able to engage children with different learning styles.
