We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our clients team in Nottingham. You'll undertake Face to Face reviews/assessment for adults of all ages in relation to reablement, accommodation, equipment/adaptations and minor adaptations.

Key responsibilities:

Handle a diverse range of occupational therapy cases, focusing on assessing, planning, and reviewing complex individual needs to foster independence.
Perform occupational therapy assessments using various tools and techniques, including activity analysis, risk assessments, and healthcare evaluations, to determine the appropriate interventions.
Recognise opportunities for reablement and ensure access to relevant services to support patient recovery and independence.
Encourage a strengths-based approach to help individuals manage their own needs, risks, and goals within their preferred living environment.Requirements:
