Job Title: Multi Skilled Painter/Body Repairer

Location: Stratford-upon-Avon CV37 8QR

Salary: Basic Salary circa £34,700-£38,700 (depending on experience)+ Bonus
Role is full time and permanent. 45 hours a week – Monday to Friday and Saturday’s on a rota basis.

Our client is an independent dealer group which operates a network of 61 dealership sites in the UK and channel islands. Our client are now looking for a Multi Skilled Painter/Body Repairer for their Stratford-upon-Avon site.

Job Purpose:

We are looking for a Multi Skilled Painter/Body Repairer to join our clients friendly team. Reporting to the Bodyshop Controller, you will be responsible for carrying out paint and panel repair work on all makes of Ford motor vehicles in a safe and economical manner, achieving the highest possible standards of work. You'll work within the relevant protocols, as dictated by legislation, the company, E-scribe, Manufactures or ATA Senior Technicians, at all times.

Essential Skills and Experience:

Skills and experience required as a Multi Skilled Painter/Body Repairer Technician:

*

At least 2 years experience as an automotive Panel / Paint

*

ATA/ NVQ certification is advantageous but not essential

*

Experience in Paint Spraying / Panel Beating

*

Plan your workload effectively to ensure vehicles are ready to agreed timescales

*

Work skillfully and safely under pressure

*

Carry out work in accordance with manufacturers specification

*

Work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative with minimal supervision

*

Be flexible in your approach

*

Continually work to high standards with customer satisfaction in mind

*

You will ensure that all tasks carried out follow our Health and Safety guidelines; for example, wearing all provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and keeping all work areas clean and tidy.
