Aspire People are currently recruiting Daily Supply Teachers across Early Years, KS1 and KS2 based in Market Harborough and surrounding areas.

We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable teachers to provide daily supply cover across all year groups in primary schools. Whether you are an experienced educator or a newly qualified teacher, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging lessons to students of varying age groups (EYFS, KS1, KS2).
* Follow school policies and adapt lesson plans as required.
* Ensure a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
* Provide constructive feedback to students and contribute to their overall development.
* Collaborate with teaching assistants and school staff to maintain the smooth running of the classroom.

Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience in teaching across different key stages is advantageous.
* Strong classroom management skills.
* Adaptability and willingness to work in various schools across Melton Mowbray.
* Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
