Pear Recruitment – Property Manager – Stratford

Salary – £32,000 – £38,000

Monday to Friday – 9am – 6pm

Hybrid working 2 days a week after probation

Our client is looking for a Property Manager to work within their East London Branch.

They are recommended highly in the area, boasting a wealth of local knowledge.

A little bit about the role:

* Opening pre tenancy files (taking up references, arranging inventories, gas safety certs & EPC's).

* Raising rental agreements

* Dealing with property maintenance.

* Collection of rents. Payments to landlords

* Keep up to date with lettings legislation.

What we are looking for:

* Ability to demonstrate initiative.

* Have an excellent telephone manner

* Strong time management skills

* A quick thinker with the ability to solve problems.

* Professional approach to customer services
