Job Title: 1:1 Learning Support Assistant – Alternative Provision
Location: Near Stourbridge | Full-Time | Term-Time Only

Smile Education is proud to be recruiting on behalf of one of our incredible Alternative Provision partner schools near Stourbridge, who are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to join their team on a full-time, term-time only basis.
This isn’t your typical classroom role — it’s a chance to make a real difference in the lives of some of the most vulnerable and inspiring young people in society.

About the Role:
Support children and young people with severe needs and disabilities on a 1:1 basis
Work with different pupils each day – 1:1 support is rotated every morning to ensure a varied and rewarding experience
Help break down communication and education barriers, enabling students to thrive and grow into independent, confident young adults
80% of the learning takes place outdoors in a truly unique and therapeutic settingWhat Makes This School Special:
