Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm

Pay: £24.00ph paid weekly via umbrella

Duration: Ongoing Contract – Temp to Perm

Key Responsibilities

* Removing/installing lighting

* Removing/installing electrical sockets

* Ensure RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements) are prepared and used for all tasks undertaken to always ensure safe working practises

* All reactive tasks throughout the building are completed, proactive in highlighting areas where improvements can be made

* Supervising and monitoring of sub-contractor works whilst they are on site undertaking maintenance/fixes, keeping them honest. Ensuring permits and RAMS are adhered to

* To develop a good working relationship with all members of the team, subcontractors, and client’s staff

* Ensure the provision of a safe & healthy working environment is met, including the wearing of uniform and appropriate PPE always. To ensure compliance with all client policies and procedures

* Ensure all storage areas are maintained and kept safe and tidy

* Undertake lone working where required

* Undertake other tasks directed by the account management team

Person Specification

* Formal electrical qualification,

* BS7671 18th edition regulations

* Able to work at heights

* Obtain full Security Clearance
