Are you an experienced Conveyancer / Conveyancing Solicitor looking for a new and exciting challenge? Our reputable client based in Grantham are looking to hire a Conveyancer / Conveyancing Solicitor to join their growing business.

To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:

Previous experience in conveyancing as a Fee Earner, Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
Experience of working within a busy residential conveyancing department
Have a methodical approach to handle varied caseload
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, forward thinking, positive and results focused professional with a high degree of credibility surrounding residential conveyancing.

Within this Conveyancer / Fee Earner position, you’ll also be:

Managing a mixed and varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from end to end
Dealing with freehold, leasehold, shared ownership and new build
Ensuring all conveyancing transactionss are handled professionally and efficiently
Building and maintaining professional relationships with clients
Working collaboratively with colleagues to promote team working
Salary Information

£30,000 - £55,000 per annum, dependant on experience

All levels, qualified or experienced considered.
