About the role:
As a KS2 Teacher, you’ll play a central role in guiding and inspiring students in Key Stage 2. Your creativity and innovation will be highly valued as you develop engaging lesson plans that stimulate curiosity and a love for learning. Working on a part-time basis, you’ll collaborate closely with colleagues, contribute to a nurturing learning environment, and focus on both academic progress and social development.
Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential for the role.
• Experience teaching KS2 – we’re looking for someone with proven success at this level.
• Strong classroom management skills – to create an inclusive and focused learning space.
• Excellent communication skills – both with students and colleagues.
• Passion for education – a desire to see each student succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, prepare, and deliver dynamic lessons that inspire KS2 pupils.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Foster a classroom culture of respect, curiosity, and academic excellence.
• Provide regular assessments and feedback to track progress and address challenges.
• Participate in school meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
