About the Role

We are seeking a talented Lead Systems Engineer to play a key role in the design, development, and integration of our complex systems for cutting-edge technology platforms. As a Lead Systems Engineer, you will work on solutions that empower operators with situational awareness, decision-making support, and engagement planning. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership: Drive systems engineering activities across requirements analysis, system design, integration, and verification.

Development Oversight: Contribute to the design, implementation, and integration of complex systems while ensuring alignment with software, hardware, human factors, and algorithmic requirements.

Lifecycle Management: Support the product development lifecycle from initial concept through to final certification.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with customers and stakeholders to capture requirements, provide technical updates, and ensure alignment with mission goals.

Work Package Delivery: Manage technical work packages, ensuring the highest quality standards within agreed timelines and budgets.
