Spirehouse are currently recruiting for multiple Housing Option Officers on behalf of a Local Authority in the East Midlands.
The Opportunity:
An interim opportunity to support a caseload of 25 within the Local Authority. This contract will be open until at least January 2025, with the strong potential for extension. We would seek individuals with strong Housing Options experience, particularly with Triage and Discharge.
The successful candidate will:
* Have relevant housing legislations (HRA 2017) and delivery Section 184 decisions
* Have previous experience within a Options or Prevention role
* Possess a clear and sound knowledge of all housing legislations
* Be immediately available and committed to at least January 2025
* Have experience managing a small caseload
Further information:
* 37.5 hours – Monday-Friday
* £30.00 per hour via Umbrella
* Temporary opportunity
* Hybrid working (First few weeks onsite)
* Immediate start available
Requirements:
* Extensive experience in Housing Options / Prevention
* UK Drivers licence and access to a vehicle
* Immediately available to start
