Salary: Up to £32,000, depending on experience

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Administrator to join a leading commercial real estate firm in Edinburgh. This role is ideal for a highly experienced administrator with strong organisational skills and the ability to support both business operations and senior management.

The Role

The position is split across key areas of the business:
40% Capital Markets, Sales & Leasing: Providing essential administrative support to these teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
20% PA Support to the Regional Director - Scotland: Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and overseeing logistics.

Key responsibilities include:

Diary and email management for the Regional Director.
Coordinating logistics for meetings, events, and travel.
Handling administrative tasks related to sales, leasing, and capital markets.
Ensuring accuracy and efficiency in document management and reporting.
The Ideal Candidate
Extensive administration experience is essential.
PA experience would be beneficial.
Background in commercial real estate is preferred.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Excellent communication and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems.
