A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a full-time Philanthropy Writing Team Coordinator based in central Oxford. This role is offered on a hybrid-basis with a minimum of 2 days onsite and 3 days working remotely.
Philanthropy Writing Team Coordinator Responsibilities
This Philanthropy Writing Coordinator role will be busy and varied and will include but not be limited to:
Creating and proofreading important comms across both print and digital;
Liaising with designers and suppliers in relation to the necessary materials and outputs required;
Managing a schedule of activities for the team and coordinating the distribution of comms to the relevant audiences;
Supporting with tools across multiple platforms;
Ensuring all company guidelines are adhered to;
Being the first point of contact for all queries via phone and email;

Philanthropy Writing Team Coordinator Essentials
To be successful in this role you will have strong communications experience, both in print and digitally, as well as being competent using multiple on-line applications and having strong writing skills. You must have a proven track record of building strong working relationships, engaging with others for long-term collaboration and you will be a team player with excellent written and verbal communication abilities. You will be self-motivated, organised and good at time management and relationship building and a good understanding of the educational sector is desirable.

This is a full-time, permanent position. The post holder will be based in central Oxford. This role is offered on a hybrid-basis with a minimum of 2 days onsite and 3 days working remotely.
