Job Description:

They are currently seeking a detail-oriented Architectural Technician to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing working drawings and technical details for their residential projects. Your expertise will ensure that our designs are translated into practical and buildable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Working Drawings: Create comprehensive working drawings for residential projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with design specifications and building regulations.

* Technical Details: Develop detailed technical drawings, including construction details, sections, and elevations, to support the construction process.

* Collaborate with architects, designers, and other team members to develop and refine project designs.

* Review and interpret architectural and engineering plans to produce technical documentation.

* Assist in resolving technical issues that arise during the design and construction phases.

* Ensure all drawings and technical details adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements.

* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction techniques.

Requirements:

* Diploma or degree in Architectural Technology or a related field.

* Proven experience as an Architectural Technician, preferably within a residential practice.

* Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD).

* Strong technical drawing skills and attention to detail.

* Good understanding of building regulations and construction techniques.

* Excellent problem-solving abilities and technical acumen.

* Effective communication and teamwork skills.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
