Compass Point Recruitment, on behalf of a fantastic client in Needham Market, Suffolk, is seeking a Night Team Leader for a food service distribution business! This family-run company is dedicated to ensuring customers receive top service and quality products.

In this role, you'll lead the night operations to meet deadlines while delivering outstanding customer service in distribution.

We're looking for someone who is comfortable in a multi-temperature workplace and has a knack for leading a team with accuracy and enthusiasm. You'll support your team in the picking and packing areas, manage loading processes, and keep the warehouse running smoothly, ensuring orders reach clients on time.

The Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience as a Team Leader in a warehouse or production environment
Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus
Organized with strong written and verbal communication skills
IT literate, including proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
Experience operating MHE, Counterbalance, and Reach (desirable)
