Registered Manager - Children's Residential Home in East London

Job Purpose
We are looking for a talented and professional individual who has previous experience as a Registered Manager of an Ofsted Registered Children's Home with experience in Learning Disabilities.
You will be supported to open and deliver on our unique and innovative vision for our children managing a new Residential Children's Home in East London, providing care to vulnerable and complex children.
We are looking to back a manager with the right outlook, determination and focus to open and run a successful provision as part of our growth strategy. The position can start within the next 6 months and could be based as near to your own residence as possible.

Experience
Minimum 4 years' experience within Children's Residential Care.
Experience of planning and organizing teamwork or coordinating complex activities.
Experience of managing multidisciplinary service provision and staff.
Experience of managing and meeting the risks and needs of children with highly complex needs.
City & Guilds Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or similarBenefits:
