Our client, a well-established business within the West Bromwich area is currently recruiting an experienced Sales Coordinator to join their team.

Main job responsibilities:

Maintain positive customer relationships helping customers and coordinating sales by responding to enquiries via telephone or email.
Manage the whole process of the job from start to finish.
Obtain sample information from the technical team, availability from the transport team and agreed pricing information from the commercial manager.
Address and resolve queries with technical team to facilitate commercial requirements including sample information.
Liaise with the operations team on specific key account requirements.
Person specification:

Knowledge of Microsoft 365: Outlook, Word and Excel.
Sales experience
Waste industry experience.
