The Graduate Compliance Analyst will be responsible for assisting the Compliance team in ensuring the company adheres to legal standards and in-house policies. The role requires a strong understanding of compliance processes and professional/financial services industry standards.

Description

Supporting compliance with legal requirements and internal policies
Assisting with regulatory reports and compliance documentation
Take control of the "take on" and risk assessment processes for the firms portfolio of clients
Collaborating with different departments to ensure compliance standards are met
Participating in the development of company-wide compliance education
Conducting compliance audits and making recommendations for improvements
Keeping up-to-date with regulatory developments within the professional services industryProfile

A successful Graduate Compliance Analyst should have:

A degree in Law, Business, Finance or a related field
An interest of industry legal guidelines and corporate governance best practices
Strong analytical and organisational skills
The ability to interpret and implement complex regulatory requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A salary range of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum
