Position: Senior Social Worker (SSW)
Location: Ealing
Pay: £38.50 per hour
Office Requirement: 1 day per week
Duty Requirement: 1 week in every 5
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a caseload, delivering high-quality social work services.
* Working collaboratively with other professionals/agencies to meet the identified needs of children, young people and their families including the MASH Service, Police and Education Services
* Attending to Section 47 enquiries
* Attend the office for 1 day each week.
* Participate in a duty rota, covering one week in every five.
* Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support and safeguard vulnerable individuals.
Requirements:
* Qualified Social Worker with relevant experience.
* Registration with the appropriate regulatory body (e.g., Social Work England)
* Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
* Strong knowledge of social work principles and practices.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
