M&E Shift Maintenance Engineer - £50K – Battersea
Location: Battersea
Salary: £50K + Plenty of Overtime
Hours – Continental Shift

Our client is looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer or Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join their contract completing electrical PPMs and reactive maintenance as well as other general building services. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance, reactive works to building plant, equipment, and systems in accordance with agreed service levels and respond to site engineering emergencies. They will also be undertaking small installation works, repairs to building fabric and handyman duties.

Carrying out daily PPM and Reactive Maintenance tasks
Carrying out daily emergency callout tasks
Emergency Light Tests
Testing & Inspection
Small Electrical Installations
Lamp & Ballast Changes
Plant Room Maintenance
Maintain and update Log books
Engineers must be able to demonstrate appropriate knowledge of AHU, FCU, UPS, Generators, LV systems, which will include the ability to fault find.

Trade trained with ideally 3 years' experience in the building services
City & Guilds Qualified Electrical Level 3 equivalent OR City & Guilds Mechanical Qualifications
Has the will and desire to succeed and learn
