Anti-Theft Engineer / Vehicle Crime Specialist

INSIDE IR35 Contract - 18 months

£29.52 per hour - Umbrella

Hybrid - 3x days per week in Basildon office

Position Description:

Assess designs for resistance to theft attack in line with Thatcham NVSA criteria and IG rating requirements
Perform physical theft attacks.
Maintain and author requirements, track programs through gateways to release.
Organise design reviews with physical theft/security experts for signoff.

Skills Required:

Proficiency in Thatcham requirements, physical vehicle attacks, lock picking, and electronic attacks.
Understanding of the IG rating system.
Mechanical proficiency and diagnostic awareness.
Experience in stolen vehicle examination, working with insurance agents, and vehicle/component ID.
Skills Preferred:

Dealer level diagnostics experience (not essential).
CAD proficiency (not essential).
