We are looking to recruit an experienced QC for a manufacturing company based in Leeds. They are looking for someone with quality control experience as well as a keen eye for detail.

Day to day you will be based both in the Lab and the factory, testing products at various stages of production to make sure they are within specification. You’ll track and analyse results and use the information as part of wider improvement projects.

You’ll also take part in daily quality meetings to review the previous day and address outstanding quality issues. With your excellent communication skills you’ll work closely with production to assist them making high quality product, every time.

In return they are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and committed. The job is based over two shifts, 6pm-2pm the first week and 2pm-10pm the second week and it is Monday to Friday. They do ask for some flexibility to be able to cover the night shift when that person in on holiday.

Salary is £26500 rising to £29500 when fully operational and there is overtime available on top.

A driving licence and car are essential for this role to be able to get to site for the start time.
