Your Time at Work
As a Receptionist, you will:

Handle Phone Calls:

Answer calls promptly and courteously, ideally within 4 rings.
Direct calls to the appropriate person/department or interact on their behalf.
Take and deliver accurate messages.

Visitor Liaison:

Welcome onsite visitors professionally, announce them to the correct contact, and ensure visitor control procedures are followed.
Track key staff movements within the building and during external assignments.

General Duties:

Manage incoming/outgoing post and arrange couriers for urgent packages.
Support with customer questionnaires, sample packs, and administration tasks.
Coordinate meeting room bookings, stationery, refreshments, and staff workwear allocations.
Maintain reception area tidiness, visitor logs, and staff sign-in/out records.
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, hygiene, and quality responsibilities.
Ensure compliance with environmental management and company policies.

This is a dynamic role requiring flexibility and collaboration with colleagues. You will create a welcoming and professional first impression for all visitors and callers.
