We're looking for somebody to take up a Field Care Supervisor job with a quality-focused domiciliary care provider in Wandsworth. This would suit a Senior Carer who's ready to take on more autonomy and responsibility perfectly,

Typically, you'll work Monday - Friday office hours, but there's an element of on-call and covering care shifts when there's no-one else to fall back on, so you need some flexibility to adjust your hours accordingly.

You MUST live locally to Wandsworth (within 20 minute commute)

Responsibilities as a Field Care Supervisor

* Assessing the needs of new clients and conducting comprehensive risk assessments.

* Providing practical training to new Care Assistants directly in client's homes, ensuring they are equipped with the skills to excel.

* Spot Checks and Medication Audits

* Stepping in to cover care visits when necessary

* Taking part on the on-call rota

What we’re looking for:

* Experience as a Senior Carer or Field Care Supervisor within Domiciliary Care

* QCF 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (Level 3 preferred)

* Good English language skills, both written and verbal

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office

* Ability to be flexible as the role demands

* You'll need to be local to Wandsworth, within a 20 minute commute due to the necessity of covering care calls when there are no other cover options
