I am recruiting for an experienced conveyancing fee earner for a top ranking law firm that is undergoing rapid expansion in Leeds.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of residential conveyancing experience as a solicitor / legal executive / licensed conveyancer/fee earner. 

You must have experience running your own busy caseload through the entire conveyancing process including handling sales and purchase files, freehold, leasehold and new build transactions.

Experience title checking and handling complex enquires would also support your application.

You must be able to demonstrate you ability to provide excellent customer service including effective communication with clients throughout the conveyancing process.
