Service Charge Manager

The role will require close working and collaboration with colleagues within the Finance team, Housing team, Development team and Maintenance as well as communicating externally with residents and other stakeholders regarding service charges.
Develop and maintain Beacon Cymru’s strategy and associated policies for service charges across all tenure types. Ensuring the polices and procedures comply with legislation and guidance in relation to service charges.
Ensure residents receive a high-quality service that reflects the needs and requirements of their property and estate. Including leading on consultations in relation to services provided.
