Service Engineer required for permanent, full time role from a base in Honiton, Devon – EX14

£40,000 per annum
9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday
1 hour break per day
Overtime paid after 37.5 hours worked per week
Work van provided
34 days holiday per annum (including Bank Holidays)

About the role

Working within a small team of 8 engineers, across customer sites in the UK and at client site in Honiton
Installation, commissioning, maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment

Working with pneumatic/hydraulic systems, drive systems and electrical control systems.

Providing technical advice and training to customers
The right candidate

Comfortable working in environments where food and alcohol are present 
Flexible to travel around the country (sometimes overseas)

Engineering qualification with experience in the installation, commissioning, maintenance and repair of commercial equipment.
Knowledge of pneumatic/hydraulic systems and drive systems
The ability to read full wiring diagrams and fault finding
Essential understanding of process control including electrical and electronic controls (PLCs)
