Role

Having recently secured some sizeable commercial projects we are seeking a skilled Structural Engineer to support in the delivery on a freelance basis.

The ideal candidate will be a competent number cruncher, capable of working efficiently and autonomously, confidently producing deliverables requiring little additional input. 

Projects span across a range of sectors from residential and education, to healthcare and industrial, and varied experience would be desirable.

Scope

Likely to be a minimum of 3 months work, potentially longer
Ideally seeking a 3 days per week commitment
Willing to work from the office occasionally desirable but not essential
Should live within a commutable distance to Bristol Requirements

Degree in structural or civil engineering
4-6 years of relevant work experience
Competent with AutoCAD and Revit
Experience with large steel and concrete structures
Excellent communication and IT skills
Liaising with the wider team to produce required deliverables
Produce designs, drawings and reports using relevant software
Maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy and consistency The Company

You will be working with a small, highly skilled team of Structural Engineers working on a diverse range of projects across the region. The office is conveniently located close to public transport links with plenty of local amenities at the doorstep
