My client is a large-scale contractor that delivers high quality new build developments. Due to the continued growth and success of the business they are in the market for an experienced Construction Manager/ Contracts Manager in the senior management team.
The construction manager will have proven large scale project delivery experience. Having delivered projects from pre- construction through to construction completion and handover stages.

As construction manager you will have excellent technical and design experience on large scale construction projects ideally over £80million. Offering advice and support to the management teams during project delivery.
The position would require traveling across live projects, assisting with technical and design aspects of the projects. Ensuring project delivery is following its set program and budgets.

My client pride themselves on building and designing buildings which leave a lasting impression on those who use the facilities. As an experience Construction Manager, you will have proven project delivery portfolio. With an excellent health and safety track record. These complex schemes, require ability to prioritise and organise your own workloads of across multiple £50million- £100million pound projects.
Reporting to the Construction Director this is a senior appointment with opportunity of development within the business unit. It would be desirable to hold a construction related degree or equivalent.
