A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Marketing Executive to join the IFG team. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for conceptualising, developing and executing visually engaging marketing collateral for print and digital channels.  Reporting to our Head of Marketing & Communications, you will be an integral member of a growing creative team, focused on driving value and impact across the organisation.

What you will be doing

Brand Management – Develop, maintain, and guard the IFG brand and our portfolio of consumer-facing brands, including the management/creation of brand guidelines. 

Asset Creation – Creating visual content to engage our stakeholders across multiple channels, including:

Brand channels – website and scial, company reports, brochures and leaflets

Client engagement – reprt templates, flyers, presentations, etc.

Cnsumer marketing – promotional posters, flyers, menu templates, digital screen/social marketing, loyalty mechanisms, environmental signage (restaurant branding, packaging, counter cladding, etc.)

Cnference marketing – brochures, flyers, banners, business cards

Sales presentatin tools – mood boards, presentation boxes, banners

Emplyee collateral – intranet assets, business presentation templates

Campaign Development – Working with the wider marketing, operations and food development teams, transform research and ideas into fully developed concepts and campaigns. This includes concept identity development and application (logos, packaging, signage, menus, posters, counter cladding, operational guidelines, etc.)

Project/Content Management – owning and sharing materials with the business through content library creation and management. Includes the preparation and presentation of guidelines and toolkits for our operational teams so they can easily create professional client/customer specific materials. Briefing colleagues and agencies where project support/input is required and overseeing relationships linked to creative/design processes.

What we are looking for

A creative thinker with proven experience in marketing and design. They need to be technically skilled, proactive and enjoy working collaboratively with different teams.

Highly skilled in using Adobe Create Cloud Suite– particularly InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acroba

3+ years’ experience in a creative marketing role, including B2C marketin

Demonstrable experience in brand creation and managemen

Proficient with MS Office – specifically PowerPoint and Word (Excel, Outlook, Teams highly desirable

Deep understanding of branding, layout, and typography with meticulous attention to detai

Technical knowledge of print and production materials and processe

Ability to confidently communicate ideas verbally, visually and in written for

Keen interest in food marketing and current trend

Experience in creative project managemen

A collaborative ‘team player’ approach

Desirable

Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in marketing, design or similar field

Good knowledge of social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn and Instagram

Familiar with content management systems (WordPress, SharePoint, etc.)

Strong copywriting skills

Experience of working in the food industry

Additional creative skills such as video editing and photography
