Summary:

Lead the Finance Team and Finance Business Partners to support the Exec Finance Director, meet the organisations strategic objectives and create efficient support for the group and third-party clients.

Responsibilities:

Maintain an appropriate balance between financial control and enabling change.
Provide and interpret financial advice and information to support the business to achieve strategic objectives.
Coordinate the preparation of the monthly management accounts, the annual preparation and audit of the financial statements.
Produce quarterly financial KPI's.
Ensure a robust financial control framework.
Develop and implement appropriate treasury policy and strategies, streamlining processes.
Manage strong working relationships with external parties including lenders and auditors.
Maintain oversight of cash-flow requirements.

Requirements:

Fully Qualified accountant.
Recent Social Housing experience as a Head of Finance
Commercial awareness and ability to influence and collaborate with management.
Able to commit to some onsite working.
