Salary: £39,000 - £41,000 (DOE)

About the Role

Spencer & James are recruiting a skilled Electrician to join a leading Principal Contractor to carry out electrical maintenance to social housing stock in South London. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a position within one of the UK's highest regarded contractors where your career will be valued.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform electrical repairs, renewals, and installations in both occupied and void properties.

* Manage and track work assignments via a PDA device.

* Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and compliance standards.

* Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining professionalism when interacting with residents.

* Work collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors to meet project deadlines.

What You’ll Need

* Level 3 NVQ in Electrical Installation

* 18th Edition certification

* Full UK Driver’s License (essential for this mobile role)

* 2391 Testing & Inspection (preferred but not mandatory)

* Proven experience in social housing maintenance

* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
