About the role:

We are seeking a passionate KS2 Teacher for a part-time position (2-3 days per week) to join our community-focused school in Brent, London, starting ASAP. This role is a new addition to the team, and early applications are encouraged. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching a diverse Key Stage 2 class in a supportive environment, with access to administrative support and excellent resources. The recruitment process includes a face-to-face interview and a trial day. Application Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Essential for this position.

• Experience Teaching Key Stage 2: Relevant experience preferred.

• Availability: Must be available to start ASAP and work part-time (2-3 days per week).

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver High-Quality Lessons: Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons across Key Stage 2 subjects, including English and Mathematics.

• Assess and Monitor Progress: Track and assess student progress, providing feedback and support to ensure academic growth.

• Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment, managing behaviour and fostering a respectful atmosphere.

• Collaborate with Staff: Work closely with colleagues and support staff to enhance teaching strategies and student outcomes.

• Engage with Parents: Build strong relationships with parents through regular communication and involvement in parent-teacher events.
