What you will be doing
* Operationally manage the new supplier on-boarding process within the third party supply chain, ensuring suppliers have fully completed the on-line questionnaires contained within the supplier management software application
* Manage the on-going risk and compliance processes within the third party supply chain in line with legislative, customer requirements and Ricoh’s procurement policies by ensuring each supplier profile is maintained and regularly reviewed
* Adopt supplier management software to centralise supplier management records including contract management, commercial agreements, performance management and risk and compliance management to protect Ricoh’s brand
* Manage key critical software application functionality utilised by the procurement department either directly with the software providers or with Ricoh stakeholders as the subject matter expert to enable the efficient and effective management of all related procurement responsibilities
* Maintain good collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across the business to support, develop and optimise processes and tools with automated solutions
* Operationally work as part of a team of professional employees to ensure levels of expertise meet the current and future needs of the team, department and business
* Ensure alignment to Ricoh’s core competencies and the department’s own values
* Deputise for the eProcurement & Compliance Manager in times of absence
You will ideally have
* Understanding of risk and compliance within a third party supply chain with recognised processes utilised to enable effective management
* Knowledge and experience of the Print Management, IT Services, Communication Services and Media markets
* Proven customer service experience with good interpersonal, analytical, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
* Good relationship management underpinned by being professional and confident in manner
* Ability to communicate effectively with internal/external stakeholders, suppliers, customers, peers, senior management and the wider business at all levels of seniority
* Good knowledge of the Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and capability to learn the use of other software applications inclusive of purchase-to-pay
