Position: Business Development Manager

Working hours - Full-time, Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00, with flexibility for the right candidate.
Salary: £25,000 - OTE £32,000-£50,000
We are seeking a Business Development Manager on behalf of our Waste Management client, for positions available in Bradford, Leeds and Sheffield.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage new business opportunities through a combination of proactive approaches.
Drive personal sales and meet monthly targets, managing your sales pipeline independently.
Act as a main point of contact for clients, coordinating with internal teams to meet customer needs.
Utilise and maintain our CRM system and other sales tracking tools.
Support the Sales Manager and contribute to team sales initiatives.Role Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, ideally within the waste management or service-based industries, with a strong record in hitting or exceeding targets.
Resilience and a positive attitude - comfortable with rejection and able to work in any weather conditions.
Confident with digital outreach, especially on social media platforms, to reach prospective clients.
Strong interpersonal skills with a talent for building rapport, along with a professional, proactive approach.
Ambition, self-motivation, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.What We Offer:

At least two years of experience in field sales and B2B is preferred.
