Job Description:

SharePoint Content Creator for Heathrow Airport Limited covering SharePoint Online within Heathrow's Modern Workplace. This is a specialist role. The role will primarily be working on maintaining and enhancing the existing SharePoint Online tenant, identifying, creating and supporting the SharePoint sites for the team. In addition being involved in opportunities to improve and develop processes and governance where required.

This will be achieved through working with management and researching new content regularly, implementing best practice for SharePoint including end user training, line with modern architecture for SharePoint.

Updating requirements document from the team and taking part in enhancement/requirements meetings.

Development and management of custom content including web parts and adaptive cards.

Focus on ethos of simple and structured but not over-engineered.

Creating an intuitive environment in which the team will work.

Provide support to the team who work on or use SharePoint.

Creating new SharePoint content using external sources as well as internal visual to the business, including some authoring of articles where appropriate.

This includes, sites, pages, articles and other parts commonly used within SharePoint online.

Support the SharePoint roadmap as agreed within the Cyber Security Team and from time to time provide updates to associated design documents.
