GSL Education is on the lookout for a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a secondary school in North Leicester. This role is perfect for someone passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of students with special educational needs.

The Role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be a crucial support for students, working closely with the teaching team and SEN coordinators to foster an inclusive learning environment. Your primary duties will include:

Providing one-on-one and small group support
Assisting in creating and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
Supporting students in overcoming personal and academic challenges

Experience: Background in supporting children or young adults with special educational needs, ideally within a secondary setting
