Operations Manager

Location: Telford

Salary: £42,500 - £45,000 + Pension + Bonus to 10%

Monday to Friday – 7am-5pm

The Company

My Client is one of the UK’s leading and well-established metals processors, supplying a wide range of industries, with a global market presence, the group has gone from strength to strength over the last decade to become centre of excellence within the industry they specialise in. Due to further investment within the Telford site; they need to recruit an additional electrical engineer.

The Role

My client is looking to recruit an experienced operations manager at a time of growth within their organisation. The successful candidate will have a track record in the delivery of production/manufacturing based targets and strict health & safety standards, in a busy manufacturing process working with all departments, whilst managing a team of 60 operatives across days and nights via 4 Team leaders.

In addition to this you will have the responsibility for the production and quality of products manufactured, ensuring the smooth running of all aspects of this coating, plating or galvanizing manufacturing plant.
